PHASE SYSTEM

Residents progress through four phases of responsibility and growth:

• Phase I includes 6 weeks of orientation and supervised structure.

• Phase 2 includes 6 weeks of opportunity for recovery growth through step work, fellowship, and service.

• Phase 3 includes 12 weeks of opportunity for active growth in leadership, service, and relationship building.

• Phase 4 is an opportunity to live in a more independent, yet supportive environment while transitioning to independent recovery.

                 GOALS

To help residents attain coping skills to live a productive chemically-free life.

• Develop skills for seeking employment or appropriate education

• Improve communication skills and relationships

• Acquire the ability to be financially responsible

• Develop self-reliance and belief in one’s own capabilities

• Focus on the foundation of abstinence as the basis for all growth
